REMOTE MANAGEMENT
We are aware that in changing times we have to adapt and while our services are predominantly site based, we also offer clients the choice of us working remotely with minimal site attendance and resident interaction, please feel free to contact us for more information.

SITE INSPECTIONS
As one of our most popular offerings, our regular site inspection services give our clients extra peace of mind. knowing that we conduct regular site inspections of our clients building's common areas and facilities, we are able to respond to any reactive or corrective maintenance issues as they arise and prevent what could be costly repairs and potentially cause further damage to the property.
We are happy to conduct these regular site inspections with your building, landscape, IT or another sub-committee.

PRE-SETTLEMENTÂ INSPECTIONS
We understand that your new purchase maybe one of the biggest investments you make, and it is important you know what to look for prior to settlement.
At Urban Vantage Property Group, we are happy to meet you on site prior to your settlement day for a one-hour private appointment to inspect your lot, car space/s, storage areas and the common property and other facilities.
Any concerns or defects will be reported to the developer, owners corporation and the elected strata management company and agreed for rectification.

DEFECT MANAGEMENT
Whether your defect inspection is done before or after the strata plan registration or your first annual general meeting (FAGM) it is extremely important that you carry out a proper defect inspection with professionals such as building, fire, hydraulic and mechanical services consultants or engineers.
Engaging professionals will empower the owners and owners corporation to understand which defects require rectification under the builders and developers defect liability period. This will ultimately help to avoid additional strata meetings, engagement of specialised consultants and unnecessary costly repairs which would result in large special levies in the future.
